One of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics is that you will end up being governed by your inferiors.
One of the great liabilities of history is that too many people fail to remain awake through great periods of social change.
Every society has its protectors of status quo and its fraternities of the indifferent who are notorious for sleeping through revolutions.
History has it that Chief Obafemi Awolowo had been politically active since 1951 at the age of 37 and become the premier of western Nigeria in 1954 at the age of 42, also former President Chief Olusegun Obasanjo become the Nigeria military head of state in 1976 at the age of 39.
One of the youngest political HEROES of our time Rt.Hon- Oladimaji Sabur Bankole become member of the federal house of representatives the year 2003 at the age of 33 and subsequently emerged the speaker of the house of representatives in 2007, breaking history to be the youngest SPEAKER ever at the age of 37.
1-Why is it that this age bracket is now sagging
trousers along the street of Nasarawa state?
2-Why is it that this age bracket is now
searching for job across the state?
3-Why is it that this age bracket is now no
longer qualified to even be the leaders of
youth wings of our political parties?
Arise oh youth of our dear great Nasarawa state and embrace our active, vibrant and eloquent Alh. Muhammed Musa Maikaya (ciroma Toto) for Governor come 2019, He has the will, zeal and drive to give the youth what is rightful theirs, taking us to the shores of political hegemony.
I stand with Maikaya because I believe in youth inclusion in Government as it was during colonial administration.
Solidarity for ever until victory ascertained.
