In a birthday message to the General Wushishi, Governor Sani Bello described him as a perfect gentleman, Father, Soldier and an administrator of high ethics and impeccable morality.
The Chairman North Central Governors Forum said the state government is particularly thankful to the Former Chief of Army staff of Nigeria Army for coordinating the activities of elder statesmen in the state over the years and making immense contributions to the growth and development of the state and Nigeria as a whole.
