….As Documentation Commences July 23, 2022

The Federal Capital Territory(FCT) Police Command invites candidates from the Nation’s Capital who participated in the medical screening exercise of the 2021 recruitment exercise of Ten Thousand (10,000) Police Constables into the service of the Nigeria Police Force to check their recruitment status on the Force’ recruitment portal at, www.policerecruitment.gov.ng.

According to a press release on Tuesday 19th, July 2022 signed by the FCT Police Command Public Relations Officer, Josephine Adeh, ANIPR, she said that successful candidates thereafter are advised to print out their Invitation Slip and proceed to the Police Training College/School indicated against their names. The training exercise for successful candidates commences on Monday, July 25th, 2022.

The statement read, “The FCT Commissioner of Police, CP Babaji Sunday psc, while congratulating successful candidates from the FCT, encourages them to check the recruitment portal for further information and directives that would aid their preparations in reporting for training. They are equally enjoined to note that the documentation of recruits in the Training Colleges/Schools opens on Saturday, July 23, 2022, and closes on Sunday, July 30, 2022.

“It is of utmost importance to note that Candidate(s) who fails to report within the specified period would be considered to have declined the offer.

“The Command is also aware of the activities of some unscrupulous elements that despite the closure of the Admission window into the program, might want to cunningly extort uninformed members of the public or the unsuccessful candidates, promising them rail track in the skies. The Command wishes to dissociate itself from any of such illegal arrangement and to warn members of the public not to indulge in same but rather report perpetrators to the Police Command, the statement concluded.
