……urge residents to report suspicious movements
The FCT Police Command has arrested four suspects for one chance robbery along Kubwa Express and Jahi axis.
In a press release signed by the FCT Police Command Public Relations Officer ASP Yusuf Mariam, she the suspects were arrested by Police Operatives on routine patrol while attempting to dispossess unsuspecting victims of their valuables.
The suspects are: Hyacent Avertse, 30 years, Abi Joseph, 45 years; John Ideh, 48 years and Nora Okoronkwo, 35 years while the exhibits recovered are: one black colour Lexus E330, five mobile phones and one camouflage cap.
She further said that effort is being made to arrest two suspects still at large while all suspects will be arraigned in court upon conclusion of investigation.
The Command also calls on residents to report all suspicious movements, emergency or distress to the Police.
