The Police Command in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has rescued a mentally ill woman at Jahi, opposite Next Cash and Carry, Mabushi of the territory.
Swift Reporters contacted the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Josephine Adeh, who confirmed that a Police Patrol Team of the Mabushi Division came across a young woman suspected of being mentally deranged, fair in complexion, and surrounded by a crowd at Jahi, opposite Next Cash and Carry, Mabushi.
According to her, the victim was interrogated and is now being transferred to the FCT Social Welfare Agency for further assessment and rehabilitation.
