The Director General National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mustapha Habib Ahmed today received the Director General Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB), Capt Alex Sabundu Badeh Jr who led the NSIB Management to NEMA headquarters in Abuja.
Speaking on the visit, Capt Badeh Jr said the NSIB was desirous of strengthening its partnership with NEMA and requested for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to that effect to be signed between NSIB and NEMA.
Responding, the DG NEMA Mustapha Habib Ahmed appreciated the NSIB DG for the visit and agreed with the proposal to strengthen the existing partnership between the two agencies.
A technical working group was constituted comprising Directors of NEMA and NSIB to review a draft MoU and arrange for the formal signing of the document by the Heads of the two organizations.
