Recruitment Exercise: PSC Fixes Date For Medical Screening For General Duty/Specialists, And Practical Tests For Specialist Candidates

The Zone 7 Command Headquarters, Abuja, wishes to announce to the general public, particularly indigenes of the Federal Capital Territory and Niger State who applied for the ongoing 2022 recruitment exercise for the Nigeria Police Constable; General Duty/Specialists, that the Medical Screening for successful candidates who participated in the recent Computer Based Test (CBT) has been slated for Tuesday, April 16th to Tuesday, April 30th, 2024. Specialists’ candidates are also scheduled to partake in the medical screening as well as practical tests.

According to a press release signed by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Zone 7 Command Headquarters, Abuja, DSP Mustapha B. Abdulkadir, said that candidates are advised to log in to https://apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng/status-nin-medical to verify their qualification status for this stage and print out the slip. The qualified candidates will see their medical screening centres, date, and time on the slip, which must be produced at the screening centre together with other relevant documents. Candidates should note that their National Identity Number Slip (NIN) as well as their Invitation Slip for the medical screening is very important.

Candidates are also to appear in White T-shirts, White shorts, white socks and white canvas.

The Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 7 Command Headquarters, Abuja, AIG Ogundele Joshua Ayodeji, has directed the Commissioner of Police FCT to ensure adequate security of the medical screening centre to ensure a hitch-free exercise.

Consequently, he advised candidates to conduct themselves in an orderly manner and abide by the instructions provided during the screening. He further called on them to be wary of fraudsters, as the exercise is completely free.
