…..Recovers Stolen Vehicles.
Two infamous robbery masterminds, Ibrahim Haliru, a 45-year-old ex-convict from Kano State, and Babangida Mohammed, a 27-year-old from Mararaba, Nasarawa State, were arrested by FCT police command operatives on April 23, 2024, at approximately 3:00 PM. The arrests were related to car thefts from unwary residents in the FCT and its surroundings.
According to a press release signed by the FCT Police Command Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, said that the suspects, who have been on the wanted list of the command for the past few months, were trailed to and arrested with the aid of digital reconstruction intelligence in a hotel in Nasarawa while lavishing the proceeds of their crimes.
Exhibits such as five vehicles, were removed from where parked and myriads of items reasonably suspected to be charms were recovered from the suspects.
