Enhancing Communication, Transparency And Trust Award: Josephine Adeh Expresses Gratitude

The FCT Police Command Spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, has expressed appreciation to the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun, the Commissioner of Police, FCT, CP Olatunji Disu, and the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, for their guidance and support.

In an appreciation message over her receiving an award in recognition of her efforts to enhance communication, transparency, and trust with the residents of the FCT, she said that social media has become a vital tool for bridging the gap between the police and the FCT community, and this acknowledgement inspires her to continue fostering positive connections and ensuring that accurate information is always accessible.

“I dedicate this award to the media and residents of the FCT; your trust and engagement drive our commitment to transparency and effective communication. Together, we are building a stronger bond between the police and the community. Thank you for your continued support. I will not forget that to whom much is given, much is expected, SP Adeh said.

The award was presented at the end of the 2024 Conference of Police Public Relations Officers (PPROs) and Communications Experts held in Asaba, Delta State, from November 18th to November 21st, 2024, with a regimental dinner ceremony to signify the end of the annual conference.
