Earlier today, Mr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari, Group CEO of NNPC Ltd., hosted a delegation from Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) during a courtesy visit.
The meeting underscored the importance of NLNG as a strategic business entity for Nigeria.
In his remarks, Ojulari emphasized NNPC Ltd.’s commitment to ensuring energy access for all Nigerians.
“Our vision is to enhance energy availability across the nation,” he stated. Dr. Philip Mshelbila, Managing Director of NLNG, congratulated Ojulari and his team, expressing confidence in their leadership’s potential to drive advancements in the Nigerian energy sector.
Both leaders agreed to engage in further discussions focusing on key areas such as gas supply, decarbonization, and talent exchange, aiming to foster collaboration for the benefit of Nigeria’s energy landscape.
The NLNG delegation included notable figures such as Dr. Mshelbila, Olakunle Osobu (Deputy MD), Dr. Sophia Horsfall (GM, External Relations & Sustainable Development), Akachukwu Nwokedi (General Counsel/Company Secretary), Godson Dienye (Manager, Government Relations & Regulatory Compliance), Sulaimon Adebayo (TA to MD), Nengi Amadi (Senior Government Relations Advisor), and Rufai Lawal (Senior Government Relations Advisor).
