Plateau State Governor’s younger brother, Arc Molkat Muftwang, who is also the Managing Director of Lifespan Property Development Ltd., has been accused of issuing a dud cheque to the tune of N12,000,000 (Twelve Million Naira) for legal services rendered.
According to a letter addressed to the Plateau State Executive Governor, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, dated 15th December, 2024, the dud cheque issued on 31st January 2023 has resulted in significant financial distress for Bar. Oludotun Sowemimo.

REMINDER AND COMPASSIONATE APPEAL FOR INTERVENTION REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF DUD CHEQUES BY ARC MOLKAT MUFTWANG

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits as we approach the festive season.
We are writing to you on behalf of our principal, Oludotun Sowemimo, and our associate, Mr. Nuru Nuraeini, to respectfully remind you of the pressing matter related to the issuance of dude cheques by Arc Molkat Muftwang, your brother and the sum of N6,000,000 (Six Million Naira) each, totalling N12,000,000 (twelve million naira) for legal services rendered. Please kindly find attached photocopies of the cheque referred to as Annexure “A and B” for ease of reference. This situation has resulted in significant financial distress for our principal.

We deeply appreciate the compassionate leadership you have shown, and we humbly seek your indulgence in ensuring that the payments owed are made before the Christmas season.
