His transformative leadership has been instrumental in reshaping the image of the Police Force through innovative strategies and a steadfast commitment to citizen-centric service.
Under his visionary guidance, the Public Relations Department has been elevated to new heights, with a formidable team that ensures effective communication and responsiveness to the needs and concerns of the public. His open-door policy, which prioritises listening to citizens’ complaints and addressing them promptly, has fostered trust and confidence in the Force.
