The Secretary to the Government of Adamawa State, Engr. Bashir Ahmad has bagged the Nigerian Youth Good Governance and Development Initiative Award as Good Governance Ambassador – GOGAN for the year 2020.
According to the 2020 Chairman Selection Committee Honorable Abubakar Abdulkareem who doubles as the Co-Convener North West zone of the initiative, said The Ambassadorial Confirmation was due to the SSGs Compliance to indicators for good Governance of Dynamism, innovation, inclusion as well as Transparency “His inclusion approach to governance has opened the Government Space in Adamawa.
Abubakar further said, his Committee work reveals Ahmed has been Distinguishing Himself from Other Public Office since when he was a Commissioner of Work and now that he has a larger Role to make his state proud. The initiative is on its feet to make sure that Nigerians everywhere enjoy the good of Governance via programs and projects as well as identifying with those that distinguished themselves in the service of others added Abubakar.
The initiative is confirming the SSG on Monday, the 1st of February, in Yola the Capital of Adamawa.
