The Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone 13, Ukpo-Dunukofia, Anambra State, AIG Tony Adejoh Olofu on Tuesday, 4th July 2023 decorated two Officers recently promoted to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police in Enugu State Command.
According to the Enugu State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, said that they include now ACP Ifeanyi Nwoye and ACP Patrick Enenta, who until the promotion, were respectively the DPOs in charge of Nkanu East (Amagunze) and Awgu Police Divisions.Â
The AIG, during the event that took place in the office of Commissioner of Police, CP Ahmed Ammani, fdc, congratulated and charged the Officers to key into the policing mission and vision of the Acting Inspector-General of Police, Ag. IGP Olukayode Adeolu Egbetokun be more diligent and dedicated in the discharge of the higher level of responsibilities the new rank brings.
The Commissioner also congratulated and tasked the Officers to show more commitment and justify the confidence reposed on them, through the promotion.
The event was witnessed by some management members and Senior Officers of the Command, and the family members and friends of the newly promoted officers.
