The Chief Information Officer of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Mrs. Catherine Oby Nwandu, PhD on Thursday, 18th February 2021 received the Online Reporters Association of Nigeria Meritorious Award.
The award was jointly presented by the Chairman and Publicity Secretary of Online Reporters Association of Nigeria, Adewole Kehinde and Cyril Onoka respectively.
In his remark, the Chairman of the Online Reporters Association of Nigeria said that Mrs. Oby Nwandu, PhD in addition to performing her job at an excellent level, she has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to her department as well as to the General Public.
“It is with great pleasure that the Online Reporters Association of Nigeria nominate the Chief Information Officer of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Mrs Catherine Oby Nwandu as our “2020 Online Reporters Association of Nigeria Meritorious Award Recipient”.
“She took it upon herself to provide exceptional support and service to our online members. She makes out quickly to the Association needs and move efficiently to provide key information, recommendations or direction, Adewole said.
He further reiterated that it is based on the above that the entire members of the Association nominated her for the Meritorious Award.
In her remark, the Chief Information Officer of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Mrs. Catherine Oby Nwandu, PhD thanked the Executive of the Online Reporters Association of Nigeria and promised to work more closely to ensure that our publication is in line with the vision of the Federal High Court of Nigeria.
The Online Reporters Association of Nigeria Meritorious Award Ceremony is a traditional event that takes place annually in our Association.
