The new Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Frank Mba, mni on Thursday, 9th February 2023 met with the Governor, Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR.
CP Mba was accompanied by the outgoing Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Lanre Bankole.
In his remarks, CP Mba said, “I am in Ogun State to fight crime and fighting crime I will do
“We will do everything to support your vision of zero tolerance for insecurity.
“We will collaborate with other security agencies and work with all stakeholders
“The people of the State shall be our top priority, we will protect their rights and advance public safety
“We will consolidate and improve on the achievements of my predecessor
“The elections are a few weeks ahead, the command under my watch, in conjunction with other security agencies, will provide a safe environment during the general elections
“The Police will be politically neutral and professional
“I assure the citizens and residents of Ogun State of our commitment to excellent and responsible policing services
