The Peoples’ Democratic Party has called on the Labour Party supporters to await the final verdict of the court before drawing a conclusion.
According to a press release signed by Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza, State Publicity Secretary, Delta PDP, it reads:
“The Appeal Court ruled that the case of the Labour Party Candidate, Ken Pela, that was struck out at the Tribunal be held. The declaration of the Appellate Court is very clear and unambiguous.
“The candidate of the Labour Party was never declared winner of the election.
“Please, disregard any false claim by mischievous elements, they are out to deceive Deltans.
