The Gombe state police public relations officer ASP Mahid Mu’azu Abubakar, on Wednesday afternoon, hosted his counterpart the Gombe state security agencies’ PROs to a reception at the IGP Usman Alkali Baba Conference Room Command Headquarters Gombe.
Mahid said he tried very hard to get the cooperation of all security agencies’ PROs to do the same for the sake of the Gombe citizens and the whole country. He added that this alliance is all about building synergy for speaking with one voice.
The public relations officers at the reception include the NDLEA’s PRO, Nigeria Immigration’s PRO M Y Bello, EFCC’s PRO Muhammad Aliyu Taiwan, Correctional services’ PRO Abubakar Hamma Abdullahi, NSCDC’s PRO and Federal Fire Service’s PRO.
The Gombe state deputy Commissioner of police DCP Muhammad Lawan Yusuf has charged them to prevent communication gaps between their agencies and the general public. “There is much more to gain working together than standing as an individual”. He added.
