…Appoints Chairman, MD, Others
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has approved the reconstitution of the Board and Management of the State-owned Micro Finance Bank, Bubayaro Micro Finance Bank Limited.
According to a press release on Wednesday, 19th October 2022 signed by the Director-General (Press Affairs) Gombe Government House, Ismaila Uba Misilli, he said that the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi who conveyed the Governor’s approval in a press release, said the reconstituted Board has Tafida Mohammed as Chairman while Mohammed Ali Amtai has been appointed Managing Director.
Also appointed, according to the SSG are Edna Edward Maibugu and Ibrahim Babikir as Executive Directors while Saidu Butala and Umar Shamaki Tula will serve as Non-Executive Directors With Barr. Robert Wabida as Company Secretary.
All the appointments take immediate effect.
