To improve the welfare of officers in the Division for the effective performance of their duties and by standard best practices, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, on Tuesday, 4th October 2022, officially commissioned one of over 120 Ultramodern Divisional Police Headquarters alongside six units of flats.
According to a press release signed by the FCT Police Command Public Relations Officer, DSP Josephine Adeh, ANIPR, Mipra, she said that the Inspector-General of Police while noting that this only marks the beginning of many more reiterated his commitment to ensuring that proper welfare packages, the institutionalization, and sustenance of global best policies the Nation’s Police benchmarks only against the best in the world.
CP Babaji Sunday while expressing his profound gratitude on behalf of the officers and men of the Command, took the avenue to register the Command’s unalloyed commitment to the adequate use of the facility and many others magnanimously given for an improved fight against crime and criminality in the Territory and its environs.
