The Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, launched the NPF SmartForce and Database Management System at the Force Headquarters, Abuja, on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
According to the Force PRO, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, he said that this will enable the NPF to have and keep data/biometrics of every Police personnel across the country and ease some administrative bottlenecks.
It is simply the digitalization of police personnel and records.
