The Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Dr Bashir Jamoh has congratulated Sen Douye Diri, Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, on his recent victory at the Court of Appeal on his election as Governor of Bayelsa State.
Dr Bashir Jamoh took to his Twitter handle to congratulate the one Nigerians call the ‘Miracle Governor’.
