The Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Dr. Aminu Maida, officially commissioned an e-Health Project at the State Specialist Hospital in Akure on Thursday, May 29, 2025. The event underscored the commitment to utilising Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to enhance the healthcare system in Nigeria.
In his address, Dr. Maida emphasised that the completion of the e-Health Project demonstrates the NCC’s dedication to fostering innovation and growth within the nation’s digital economy.
