The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is set to Light Up Ondo State with the commissioning of the 132KV transmission line and 132KV/33KV substation in Okitipupa LGA, Ondo State.
This significant infrastructure will bring electricity to over 2,000 communities spanning five LGAs – Ilaje, Ese-Odo, Okitipupa, Odigbo, and Irele – all located in the Ondo South Senatorial District. The substation is poised to enhance the power supply to these communities, supporting the growth of small and medium-scale industries, fostering job creation, and catalyzing overall development in Ondo State.
