The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) has clarified that the tightness in the supply of Premium Motor Spirit currently being experienced in some areas across the country is a result of logistics issues that have been resolved.
A press release on Thursday, 25th April 2024 signed by the Chief Corporate Communications Officer, NNPC Ltd. Abuja, Olufemi Soneye, reiterated that the prices of petroleum products are not changing.
It further urged Nigerians to avoid panic buying as products are sufficient in the country.
Recall that motorists in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), have expressed worry over the long queues being presently experienced due to scarcity of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) known as fuel.
