OSSAP-SDGs Not Responsible For “Abandoned” 7Km Bauchi Road – Management

The  Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals, OSSAP-SDGs said its attention has been drawn to report making the rounds about an “abandoned” 7 kilometer road project in Gungura Local Government of Bauchi State.

In a press release on Tuesday signed by the OSSAP-SDGs Management, it says that contrary to the impression created by the report, OSSAP-SDGs state emphatically that the road project is not one of its ongoing interventions in Bauchi State and therefore dissociate itself from it.

“OSSAP-SDGs will also like to advise the media and organisations involved in monitoring of government projects to be more painstaking in their investigations before arriving at and coming out with their conclusions, the statement concluded.
