The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Pantami has commissioned 5 projects and flag off the Digital Capacity Development/Awareness Programme inline National Digital Economy Policy and Strategy (NDEPS) for a Digital Nigeria.
The projects are: National Adopted Village for Smart Agriculture (NAVSA) Ekiti State; Emergency Communication Center (ECC) Ekiti; Digital Awareness Program for Secondary Schools,(DAP) Ukpor, Anambra state; Digital Awareness Program for Secondary Schools,(DAP) Yaba, Lagos state and School knowledge Center, (SKC), Ekiti.
All the 5 projects commissioned are in line with the 3 priority areas of President Buhari led administration.
They projects are that of National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) respectively with supervision from Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.
