The PDP Governors’ Forum has fraternal greetings to the Delta State Governor, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on his 61st birthday celebration.
In a press release signed by the Director-General PDP Governors’ Forum, Hon. C.I.D. Maduabum, LL.M, he said that Forum conveys the best wishes and good tidings from the PDP Governors’ to him on the memorable occasion.
