The Coordinating DIG supervising the elections in Imo State, DIG Frank Mba has received additional operational assets deployed by the Inspector-General of Police. IGP Kayode Egbetokun.
Recalled that on Monday, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun ordered the distribution of 220 operational vehicles for election security management.
The Force also deployed anti-riot equipment, including water cannons, Armoured Personnel Carriers, helmets, bulletproof vests, and tear gas canisters.
