This is to inform the general public, especially all Nasarawa State indigenes who applied for the ongoing recruitment into the Nigeria Police Force to report at Nasarawa State Police Command Headquarters, Shendam Road, Lafia for physical and credential screening.
The exercise shall commence on January 8, 2024, to January 29, 2024, at about 0700hrs to 1700hrs daily.
Applicants are to appear on clean white T-shirts, shorts, and canvas throughout the exercise with the following mandatory screening requirements, neatly arranged in two white flats files:
1. Recent passport photographs
2 Evidence of physical/mental fitness from a government-recognized Medical Hospital.
3. Evidence of good character from the Traditional Ruler or Village/District Head of the Applicant.
4. Print out of National Identity Number (NIN) Slip.
5. Original and duplicate copies of credentials – O` Level results, certificate of origin and birth certificate/Declaration of Age.
6. Print out of application form/confirmation profile page.
7. Print out of letter of invitation.
8. Duly completed Guarantor`s form.
NB: Any candidate who fails to present the above-mentioned requirements will not be considered for screening.
Applicants are equally advised to pay attention to their scheduled dates and times as well as other details and specific guidelines of the screening exercise.
The Commissioner of Police, CP Umar Shehu Nadada psc, mni while reiterating that, the exercise is free, urged applicants to be wary of Criminal elements who may want to take advantage of the exercise to perpetrate recruitment-related scams.
He, however, warned that anyone found wanting will be made to face the full wrath of the law.
