The Director-General of the Bayelsa Governor’s Football Tournament, popularly known as the Prosperity Cup, Mr. Ono Akpe, has extended warm congratulations to Bayelsa-born business mogul Chief Ken Etete on the landmark achievement of lifting Obodo blend oil for international export.
