The Senator representing Bayelsa West in the Senate, Chief Henry Seriake Dickson, has commiserated with Governor Emmanuel Udom, the Government and people of Akwa Ibom State on the death of the first indigenous military Administrator of the State, Air Commodore Nkanga Idongesit, (retd)
Senator Dickson also condoled with the leader of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, Chief EK Clark, and the entire Niger Delta on the death of the former military administrator who was also a former chairman of PANDEF.
He said that Nkanga lived a life of service to God, humanity, the Nigerian Federation, the Niger Delta and his people.
He said that Nkanga was a leader of his people in Akwa Ibom and the Niger Delta apart from the illustrious services he rendered to the country in the military.
He said that the late former Chairman of PANDEF made out time to serve the people of the Niger Delta where he advanced the national discourse on resource control, restructuring, and the inclusion of the people in the Nigerian State.
He said that the former PANDEF leader died fighting for equality in the Nigerian federation.
He prayed to the Almighty God give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and for the eternal repose of his soul.
