SWYA Challenges Kojo Ansah Mensah To Produce The Contents Of “Special Investigative Panel” From The Nigeria Police

The South West Youth Alliance has challenged one Kojo Ansah Mensah, Chief Executive Officer of Houses For Africa, to produce the so-called copy of the “Special Investigative Panel” he alleged was constituted by the Inspector General of Police on contentious lands in River Park Estate.

Responding to a publication titled “Ghanaian Investors Accuse Nigerian Police Officers Of Bias, Illegal Invasion In Abuja Estate Dispute”, the Publicity Director of SWYA, Adenike Ajanlekoko, said if it seems Kojo Ansah Mensah had privileged content of the so-called “Special Investigative Panel”, he should provide Nigerians with a copy.

“We have taken note of Kojo Ansah Mensah’s insistence on the report of the ‘Special Investigative Panel’, and we think this is the best time to produce a copy of the report for Nigerians to know what transpires in the case,” Ajanlekoko stated.

“Our investigations revealed that police personnel were deployed to the River Park Estate in Abuja to maintain peace and prevent any breakdown of law and order, and to date, the personnel have never taken sides with Paulo Homes or Houses For Africa.

Kojo Ansah Mensah

“It is unfortunate that Kojo Ansah Mensah, who should be arrested and prosecuted for forgery and defamation, is busy sponsoring protests in Accra, Ghana’s capital, asking the Nigerian high commissioner to prevail on the President Bola Tinubu-led Nigerian government to intervene in some cases of alleged harassment of Ghanaian businesses in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Ajanlekoko further stated that from all available evidence before SWYA, Kojo Ansah Mensah has been using the media and the court to victimise and harass the Nigeria police in carrying out their legitimate duty of preventing and detecting crime, apprehending offenders, preserving law and order, protecting life and property, and enforcing laws and regulations.

“We are utilising this platform to urge Kojo Ansah Mensah to step forward and respond to the invitation from the Nigeria police that has been extended to both parties, rather than falsely claiming he is overseas, as available evidence indicates he is actually in Abuja, the statement concluded.
