….As Ooni of Ife, Owa of Obokun, and Ataoja of Osogbo shower royal blessings on the former Vice President
Leading traditional rulers in Osun State have projected Vice President Atiku Abubakar as the winner of the 2023 presidential election even as Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun state vowed to mobilize and deliver Osun votes to the PDP candidates.
Speaking at the palace of Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, Governor Adeleke who sought Royal blessing for the Atiku/Okowa project said Osun voters now pray for PDP from the local to the federal level.
“We will work hard to deliver the votes to the PDP candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. We have re-mobilized our grassroots structures to ensure our people vote PDP at all levels of the electoral contest”, the state Governor noted.
The PDP candidate, Alhaji Abubakar in his address attributed his ambition to the need for Nigeria to be salvaged from the current governance crisis, thanking His Majesty, the Ooni of Ife for the warm reception.
According to him, “Nigeria is in crisis. No one can deny this. I have the template. I have the will and I have the team to rescue and unify Nigeria”, the former Vice President stated.
The paramount ruler of Ijesha land, Oba (Dr) Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran equally affirmed that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar will win the 2023 presidential election, saying those opposed to the former Vice President may be working against God’s will.
Oba Aromolaran disclosed this when Atiku led his campaign team to his palace on Tuesday, noting that the PDP presidential candidate is the ideal choice to fix Nigeria.
He attributed his position on Atiku to the assessment of his level of preparedness and divine guidance, stressing that the former Vice President represents the most probable chance to get Nigeria out of its current uninspiring situation that Nigerians must not miss.
Projecting the significance of pronouncements that comes from his Palace, Oba Aromolaran said his pronouncement on Atiku will come to pass just as the one he made on Adeleke came to pass.
Earlier at the Palace of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Ogunwusi Enitan Ojaja I, the Ooni of Ife, rained royal blessing on the PDP presidential candidate, expressing hope that the 2023 election will produce a president that will change the fortunes of the country for the better.
Oba Ogunwusi who described Alhaji Abubakar as a man with the capacity and the experience to lead Nigeria in a challenging time now, said he has his goodwill and hopes he succeed in his quest for the highest political office in the land.
At the Palace of the Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Olanipekun Oyetunji said Atiku is a man of impeccable character and well prepared to get Nigeria back on track.
Oba Oyetunji who showered royal blessings on the PDP presidential candidate, said he believed the former Vice President can tackle the many challenges facing the country and improve the situation of citizens.
