The Head of WAEC National Office Lagos, Mr. Patrick Aregan, on Thursday, 5th of November 2020 paid a courtesy visit on the Postmaster General of the Federation, Dr Ismail Adebayo Adewusi, in his office.
The purpose of the visit was to seek collaboration with NIPOST in the area of logistics and also requested for NIPOST’s involvement in the sale of WAEC Exams Registration Pins and delivery of certificates.
He also talked on collaborating with NIPOST so that those who have written WAEC can easily get their Certificates at ease with the aid of NIPOST services.
He particularly made emphasis on collaborating with NIPOST Office in Cross River State where their office was burnt by hoodlums protesting against SARS maltreatment to Nigerians.
In his reaction, the Post Master General of NIPOST, Dr. Ismail Adebayo Adewusi commended West African Examination Council on its laudable achievement. He also congratulates Mr. Aregan on his appointment as Head of National Office (HNO), West African Examination Council WAEC.
Dr Adewusi thereafter presented a copy of Compendium of Nigeria Postage Stamps (1914-2014) to the Head of WAEC National Office .

A six man Committee was set up to fine-tune the collaboration.
