The Patani/ Bomadi Democratic Youth Alliance (PBDYA) under the leadership of Comrade Meidou Patrick Selekeiowei has endorsed Prince Collins Eselemo, the flagbearer of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) for the Patani/ Bomadi Federal Constituency seat in the 2023 polls.
The leadership of the group stated this in a press statement issued to journalists on its choice of the scion of the Eselemo Dynasty in Delta State, who is also the grand patron of the Ijaw Youth Council (IC) Worldwide, an Ambassador of Peace and ex-International Soccer Star of great repute
Comrade Meidou said “the Group has found it worthwhile to endorse Prince Eselemo in the forthcoming Patani/ Bomadi Federal Constituency election in outright consideration of his enviable political antecedents and leadership attributes.
In a related development, the Delta State Renaissance Forum for Good Governance and Democracy (DSRFGGD), a political group with a strong support base and membership across the length and breadth of Delta State has also endorsed Prince Collins Eselemo as the most outstanding candidate for the forthcoming Patani/Bomadi Federal Constituency election.
The Group in a separate press release signed by its Chairman, Comrade Godday Agondedei Ayaware described Prince Eselemo as the best man for the job, who would hopefully salvage the people of Patani/ Bomadi Federal Constituency in this trying time through a well-orchestrated effort to deliver the long-expected dividend of democracy, as the 2023 general elections draw closer.
Mr Agondedei in his statement said the highly respected Prince Eselemo is the best person and political actor with the right exposure and experience that the people can depend on, as he is well positioned to strategically influence the needed human capital and infrastructural development of the Patani /Bomadi Federal Constituency to the well being and admiration of all.
His statement reads, “In this critical time, the people of Patani and Bomadi Local Government Area need a stabilizing force that has an in-depth knowledge of issues that concern the constituency.
“This is an individual who has gone around at high cost, identifying and documenting the issues plaguing the Patani/Bomadi Federal Constituency and its people, with a genuine empowerment plan in place that will serve as a soothing balm for the valuable empowerment of individuals across the s board”
“The sterling leadership traits and uncommon sagacity of Prince Collins Eselemo will in no small measure help to ensure a more disciplined l atmosphere for the people of Patani/Bomadi Federal Constituency to somersault its current impediments.
“The Patani/ Bomadi people will no doubt benefit immensely from his intellectual prowess and administrative competence, which has been put to test with a proven track record”.
Furthermore, he said the young stakeholders will give the House of Representative candidate all the necessary support, and also ensure that he succeeds in office, with the hope for proper integration of his constituents in the affairs of governance.
The medium was also used to call on other candidates and the electorates in the Federal Constituency to join forces, and support Comrade Collins Edelemo in a bid to ensure a rancour-free election for him to emerge victorious with the agenda to reposition the Patani/Bomadi Federal Constituency, Izon Nation and Delta State in general to a greater height.
