Dickson Felicitates With Okowa At 61

The former Governor of Bayelsa State, Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson has felicitated with the Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, on the occasion of his 61st birthday.

Dickson congratulated Okowa on his exemplary leadership, display of love, character and demonstration of passion in rendering quality service to the people of Delta State and the Niger Delta at large.

“Okowa, a great party man, has exhibited maturity, tact and has provided the requisite leadership to create a new vision for the people of Delta State.

“I wish him and his family God’s protection as he recovers speedily from COVID 19.
