As Muslims celebrate the Eid-el Fitr, Director General, Nasarawa State Pension Bureau, Alhaji Suleiman Musa Nagogo, has called on the people of Nasarawa State to support the policies and programs of Governor Abdullahi Sule for more dividends of democracy.
Alhaji Nagogo made the call during an interview with journalists shortly after observing the Eid-el Fitr prayer in Wamba, Monday.
The Director-General said Governor Sule has demonstrated genuine commitment toward meeting the yearning of the people, stressing that what the Governor needs now, is more support from the people to enable him to achieve more.
While commending the effort of the state government towards protecting the lives and property of the people, Alhaji Nagogo emphasized the need for residents of the state to complement government efforts in that direction by strengthening peaceful coexistence among them.
Describing the Eid-el Fitr as a period of showing love and assisting the needy, Nagogo urged Muslims to sustain the lessons learned during Ramadan to gain Allah’s favor.
