Gombe Governor Mourns Sule Bappaji, Retired Perm-Sec

Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya ( Dan Majen Gombe) has received with sadness the news of the demise of former permanent secretary in the state Ministry of Education, Alhaji Sule Bappaji who died yesterday in Gombe.

In a press release on Monday, 17th January, 2022 signed by the Director-General (Press Affairs) Gombe Government House, Ismaila Uba Misilli, he said that in a condolence message, Governor Inuwa described the late Alhaji Bappaji as a seasoned bureaucrat, experienced administrator and complete gentleman who gave his best through out his career in the state civil service.

The Governor recalled that the late retired permanent secretary was always passionate about public service reform as well as progress and development of the state.

He conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the family and relations of the deceased as well as staff of the Ministry of Education where he last worked until his retirement, praying Almighty Allah to grant him Aljannat Firdaus.
