Mrs. Judith Obiajulu Amaechi, wife of the erstwhile Minister of Transportation and former Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi has denied a publication titled “72-Year-Old Woman Petitions Inspector General of Police Over Illegal Police Arrest, Detention On Alleged Orders Of Wife Of Ex-Transportation Minister, Amaechi” published by Sahara Reporters.
In response to the allegation, Israel Ibeleme, one of the Media aides to the former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi denied such. He said it is a fabrication aimed at tarnishing the good reputation of Law abiding and good citizen, Mrs. Judith Obiajulu Amaechi, wife of the erstwhile Minister of Transportation and former Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi.
He warned Nigerians to desist from the fabrication of false information.
“The public is hereby warned to refrain from tarnishing the image and reputation of Dame Judith Amaechi, Ibeleme said.
