National PDP Youth Leader Visits Kaduna State Former Speaker Shagali

……Says visit is to tie bond on Youth development

The People’s Democratic Party’s, (PDP) National youth Leader, Muhammad Kadade Suleiman visited Rt. Hon. Dr. Aminu Abdullahi Shagali, the immediate past Speaker, Kaduna State House of Assembly, this afternoon in his Zaria Residence.

The visit, according to Kadade was to tie a bond for Youth development and inter party effort, which is an initiative of his office. He said, “We in PDP are working round the clock to see that we have restored government to our party. In PDP, we engage in politics of development through developing politics itself.”

On his part as published in his platform, Shagali appreciated Kadade for the visit, saying “today, the National Youth Leader of the PDP paid me a surprise visit, a very humble young man, putting aside our party difference, I am humbled and wish him success as he put the interest of youth first,” Aminu wrote.

While political gladiators are given this visit views, both the former Speaker and the Youth Leader did not exhibit anything to show wooing to either party.

Kadade who assumed office of the party’s National Youth Leader last month has wider consultations, inter and intraparty with a view to making his party stronger.

Shagali is seen to be aligning with the youth. The youths are working on seeing the former Speaker to be the next governor of Kaduna State after Malam Nasir El-Rufai. The source further said that he has all it takes to occupy that office, having acted as the governor at various levels, where his leadership skills was tested and proven and he has the requisite educational qualifications and exposure to lead the State to the next level.
