President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday condoled with Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State on the death of his younger sister, Hajiya Aishatu Yahaya Umaru.
According to a press release on Thursday, 21st July 2022 signed by the Senior Special Assistant to the President (Media & Publicity), Garba Shehu, he said that President Buhari said the late Hajiya A’ishatu had made noteworthy contributions to further social empowerment in her community for which she will be remembered by so many people.
“I am anguished by her passing away. My thoughts are with her family, her brother the Governor and the entire people of Gombe State. May Allah accept her soul and reward her good deeds,” concluded the President.
