Rivers Government Announces Sminialayi Fubara/Ngozi Odu Inauguration Programme
The Media & Publicity subcommittee of the Sminialayi Fubara/Ngozi Odu inauguration has reeled out Inauguration Programme for Sir Siminalayi Fubara & Prof. Ngozi Odu as Governor and Deputy Governor of Rivers State respectively.
According to a press release on Thursday 18th May 2023 by the Chairman, Media & Publicity Subcommittee, Chris Finebone at the Conference Room, Ministry of Justice Building, State Secretariat Complex, Port Harcourt said that the events will kick off from Thursday with the commissioning of Rumuesara Internal Roads & Akpabu-Odido Link Road.
“Subsequent days will feature more project flag-offs & commissioning. This will underline the unprecedented decision of the Gov. Wike administration to wind up or end even stronger than it started.
“Gov. Wike believes that working so hard and ending his administration strong will provide the incoming Siminalayi administration the needed momentum to excel from the beginning and continue strong.
“The Gov. Wike administration that will bow out on May 29, will be providing the incoming administration the advantage of having a well-articulated handover, something the outgoing administration did not benefit from the administration it succeeded on May 29, 2015.
“Therefore, the ground is being prepared for the Siminalayi administration to have a seamless and very smooth takeoff from day one Chris Finebone said.
The list of Inauguration events includes; Thursday 18th May 2023, the Commissioning of Rumuesera Internal Roads, and Akpabu-Odido Link Road.
