Benue State Police Commissioner, Wale Abass has felicitated with Christian faith as they celebrate Christmas.
According to a press release on Saturday, 24th December 2022 signed by the Benue State Command Police Public Relations Officer, SP Anene Sewuese Catherine, said that to ensure the security of lives and property, the Command has put in place adequate security arrangements to ensure a hitch-free celebration.
The statement read, “These arrangements include the provision of security at Churches, recreational facilities, and event centers as well as entry and exit routes in the state.
“The Command also wishes to inform the general public that the banned on the sale and use of fireworks in the state is still been enforced. Parents and guardians are advised to look after their children/wards and warn them against this practice.
